Role: Online Community Manager
As the online community manager, I consulted with internal staff to enhance current engagement practices as well as promote upcoming courses in British Columbia and Alberta. I connected with affiliate organizations, posted eye-catching and useful information, and blogged frequently about specific FAQs and course instructors. The result is a more frequent, cohesive and engaged presence on their most popular social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and the Expedition Log blog.
